2024, Digital film with sound, duration 20’00’’

Narrative Therapy is a psychological drama exploring the blurry line between fiction and reality.
When newly graduated artist Signe travels to Italy to collaborate on a film with a colleague, she realizes she’s the unwitting protagonist of someone else’s story. As the staged situations and scripted intimacy unfold, Signe—who works with storytelling and performance herself—begins to question her own perception of the experience. Seeking clarity, she turns to a narrative therapist, unraveling the ways in which stories shape not just films, but lives.
The short film is an exploration of power, authorship, and the stories we tell to understand ourselves.
