Stereo sound collage, duration 59’59” in a loop

Since the 1980s, the Danish State Railways (DSB) has used a jingle composed by artist Niels Viggo Bentzon, titled Gavotte. The jingle consists of three notes — D, E-flat, and B-flat — which together form the abbreviation DSB.

Artist Eau Pernice has assembled a playlist of songs that harmonize with the jingle — an ideal soundtrack for a one-hour train journey. The work also exists as a stereo sound collage in which the songs are interwoven with Gavotte.

The piece was exhibited at Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art during The Performance Bulletin in June 2025.
